Sensory evaluation is a scientific discipline used to evoke, measure, analyze, and interpret reaction to those characteristics of food material as they are perceived by the senses of sight, smell, taste, touch, and hearing (sound).

Our classes are open to novice as well as gourmet cooks – everyone will learn something new.

Classes are intimate with individual attention.

Currently the following cookery classes are available:

DOMESTIC COOKING CLASSES FOR HEALTH-CONSCIOUS FAMILIES

The course is comprised of 8 sessions which cover a variety of dishes suitable for lunch, dinner and packed lunch items for adults and children.

BASIC COOKING TECHNIQUES COOKING CLASSES

This course is comprised of 6 sessions which cover a variety of dishes in order to demonstrate basic cooking techniques.
