Description

This course is comprised of 6 sessions which cover a variety of dishes in order to demonstrate basic cooking techniques.

The content includes recipes for:

  • Yeast baking – sweet and savoury
  • Homemade pasta with a variety of sauces
  • Meatless dishes
  • Meat – lamb and beef dishes
  • Chicken dishes
  • Fish dishes

All dishes will include the preparation of suitable accompaniments.

DURATION: Each session is 4 hours

COST OF EACH SESSION: R1000-00 per person

All recipes that will be prepared are sufficient for 4 – 6 servings.

Everyone will get to taste each of the prepared recipes and the remaining food will be packed into containers to take home.
