Classes are open for children from 10 years up to 18 years of age.
These classes are presented for beginners and the aim is to teach the children various food preparation techniques as well as the important criteria of presenting food items, such as appearance, texture, and flavour.
Classes are available on Saturday mornings as well as on certain days during the school holidays.
Students will get to taste each of the recipes and the remaining food will be packed into containers to take home.
FRESH PASTA AND SAUCES CLASSES

- Creamy Beef Ragu suitable for serving with spaghetti or tagliatelle.
- Mushroom sauce suitable for serving with various pasta shapes.
- Ravioli with a Spinach and Feta filling served with a fresh tomato sauce.
BAKING CLASSES
